Stephen R. Ganns

Stephen Ganns has 30 years of real estate experience in the acquisition, management, restructure/workout and financing areas with an emphasis on institutional and pension fund strategic advisory services. Throughout his career, Mr. Ganns has led complex and diverse advisory engagements on behalf of institutional investors, general and limited partnerships and attorneys while leading relationships with five of the largest pension funds in the United States. He has authored best practice methodology for real estate portfolio investment monitoring and construction for institutional investments on behalf of plan sponsors.

In conjunction with the on-going monitoring of the world economies and governmental regulations, he has formed affiliations/relationships with financial leaders and academic institutions. Mr. Ganns has relationships with John Diamond, PhD, Fellow in Public Finance at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University, and leading academicians in Commerce, Economics, and Politics at major universities and institutes. Mr. Ganns has a close working relationship with the Group of Thirty and attended the Group of Thirty’s annual International Banking Seminar during the 2009 International Monetary Fund - World Bank annual meetings in Istanbul, Turkey and in 2010 in Washinton, D.C.  He has provided advisory services to U.S. Senators and has relationships with the U.S. Congressional Oversight Panel, conducts quarterly panels for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and is member of the National Association of Business Economics.

Jennifer Bean, MAI, MRICS

Ms. Bean has more than 25 years of experience in delivering commercial real estate consulting and advisory services and leads valuation services for institutional and pension fund strategic advisory engagements.  She developed and leads the InSight CRE Market Information Portal, combined with information management consulting to major financial institutions and institutional investors.  Previously, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President of Global Realty Outsourcing (GRO) for three years where she led the valuation and information management services delivered to international valuation firms, the largest U.S.  financial institutions and global institutional investment firms.  Prior to GRO, Ms. Bean was a Managing Director with Hatfield Philips (HP), a rated primary and special servicer, providing asset management and loan servicing for institutional investment firms, with $13 billion of commercial real estate loans and equity investments under management internationally.  At HP, she was responsible for financial analysis of assets and real estate consulting services across seven offices globally.  Prior to HP, she was a Senior Manager in the Deloitte & Touche LLP Real Estate Consulting practice for eight years, and a Senior Appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield for two years.
